I know there are a lot of paints out there, but which ones are good for the interiors? for the plastic, the doors...my clothing on the door panels were torn out and i thought about just spray painting them over, but don't really know which kind of spray paint to use to give it that nice OEM look, instead of some nasty spray paint that will fall off if you rub on it...i want it to be thick as it touches the material at the same time, i want it to look clean, and not have dripplets forming as it dries...any ideas or help to do it properly? i couldn't find the thread to this, i know one has been made, but i search and found nothing...any help would be appreciated...

Duplicolor vinyl spray works great on the interior console panels. one year and still going strong. before this , I used normal automotive spray cans and it was fine too. I went from stock grey to silver(automotivespray) to black(vinyl dye)
Also used it on some old carpets. 1 month now, and the only parts fading from the carpet is where my foot rests. no problems with passenger side. |
