IMO it's a shame, and the end of an era at Toyota... I know the car is fairly polarizing thanks to its design and lower power output, but no one can deny the fact that it could handle curves like few others out there... The black on red makes me wish that they still were sold here so I could have the chance to possibly snatch one up

Taken from the "We Hear"(whatever that means) column in the december 2006 issue of motor trend.
"BMW has launched a liquid hydrogen- powered v-12 7 series, which will be available to about 25 weathy people in the U.S. and 100 worldwide. Called the 7 series hydrogen 7, it features a conventional gas tank as backup for when you run out of hydrogen and can't find a refueling station. Running on hydrogen, the v-12 is rated only 260 horsepower and propels the 7 series from 0-62 mph in a new-world-orderly 9.5 seconds. Top speed is artificially limited to 143 mph." The idea of whether or not this article is speculation, or facts that they have received from BMW seems a little elusive. This column might be the magazines tool to report news that may or may not be true and disquise it ambiguously as possibly fact. --------------------
