 e-brake trouble? |

hey guys recently had my one of my e-brake cable changed and now when i pull my hand brakes I only get three clicks and its tight but the problem is when I let go of my brake pedals the car shifts alittle and then it stops sometimes it makes a weird noise. Any thoughts guys thanks in advance.

I don't think it matters how many clicks you have to be honest.
Mine failed on the MOT cos it could be pulled all the way up (took alot of force to do it and normally 3/4 was enough to apply the brake) but the mechanic adjusted it and now mine will only raise about 2 inches, but providing it engages and disengages then 3 clicks will be fine. Why adjust it? |
