I currently have a st so i have pretty much desided i want to so a 4A swap, but i'm not sure what one? or should i rebuild my 7A-FE and either super charge/turbo it. I don't have to have a super fast car, just tired of the car being so slow. Any insight would be helpful. thanks

well i'm looking for atleast 200 hp, but of course more would be nice.
