I currently have a st so i have pretty much desided i want to so a 4A swap, but i'm not sure what one? or should i rebuild my 7A-FE and either super charge/turbo it. I don't have to have a super fast car, just tired of the car being so slow. Any insight would be helpful. thanks

Yeah, listen to Lagos on this one. Drop the 3s in there and you should be set. Consider putting a 3sgte if you want to turbo or a 3sge BEAMS redtop if you want N/A. You can go beyond 200+ HP with a 3sgte where as the BEAMS is somewhere like 200 HP at the crank. If you wanted the BEAMS to push more than it's stock HP, then money will become an issue. Just like a 20v 4age, to put over 200+ HP you will need to have an extremely large amount of cash. Everything in it needs to be replaced. And it needs to be in spec with the Group A 20v 4age (The one in Initial D) to make that kind of HP. Also, with that much HP, you would need a beefier tranny to handle all that power. Same goes with a 4agze, you can make a bit over 200 HP at the crank with a turbo, but at the wheels it will be alot less because of the weight of the celica. For me, I sold myself to Uncle Sam for another 6 years for my bonus and saving money on the side to want to make the 200HP 20v 4age even possible (Need to hide the spendings from the wife before she finds out and kills me). It will be a bit of a while though, but i'll make it happen and post on this forum when the time comes. smile.gif
