 Is it necessary to use a torque wrench? |

I was just wandering if its really important to torque it at the right spec. If so, what torque wrench would you recommend?

proper torque is always good...and should be used if/when possible
craftsman has really good deals on torque wrenches right now for 60$ per wrench i grabbed a 3/8" and 1/2" for all necissary purposes and i love them |
