Just fitted my hybrid ct26 turbo yesterday..and it overboosts like mad...even with the max boost at .95 bar and the actuator set at 35% it still hits 1.18 bar, but the performance is slugish and uninspiring...any ideas on how to set up the boost controller, or what I can do to control the overboost?????

connect a hose direct from your turbo to your wastegate actuator, and cap off the other outlet on the actuator.
if you overboost still, you know its the actuator, or the wastegate itself. what type of hybrid are you running? -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

I have no idea ...it seams to mean different things to different people...basically its had a thicker shaft put in, 360deg bearings and a bigger compressor wheel and some internal machining.......its a shame they didnt put some effort into porting the wastegate a little...it might have solved this problem. |
