well im helping a buddy with his civic, he's swapping a k24 into his ek hatch, we got everything ready and it runs just about fine until we get it tuned. well the issue we are stuck on is there is something wrong with the clutch system. the clutch pedal has a lot of back pressure on it, and its only a simple clutch, so it shouldnt be that hard to depress the pedal. we've bled the damn system a helofalot of times so thats not the issue, also in the process of bleeding the system we've blown 2 master cylinders and 3 slave cylinders on it. we are stuck. plus when u press in the pedal, the slave cylinder doesnt have the full motion it should. i hope we dont have to drop the tranny again, cuz this thing has been a headache as it is, and we cant start my swap until we finish his, but we are thinking it has something to do with the pressure plate, any info guys? help me out...

well we figured out the problem, we're hoping at least, well, he got the tranny from another swapper, and when the tranny was pulled from the old car, the clutch was cracked, so when the previous owner took it off and reinstalled the clutch my friend bought, he forgot to put a bolt onto the clutch fork. the bolt which acts as the pivot point like a see-saw on the fork. so this whole time, where the fork's pivot point this whole time was where it sticks out. so we've gotta drop the tranny this weekend to replace this damn bolt. thanks for the help man, i really appreciate it.
