Does anyone know if there would be any serious problems if the lining on the inside of the hood were to be removed permenantly? Mine is getting pretty nasty and i'm very tempted to remove it, especially because i plan on getting the whole car repainted soon and it would stick out like a sore thumb when i pop the hood.

correct me if im wrong but i think it helps from ruining the paint on top of your hood with all the heat coming up from the engine and all like you said (color fade) This post has been edited by DSToyo: Jan 9, 2007 - 2:00 PM |
