Long story short, wife got into the accident with her celica. Everything seems okay except both air bags deployed and windshield shatterd. Anyone know how much this will cost to get it fixed? If it's easy enough, I rather just do it myself. It was a 94 Black Celica st, 1.8l.
Thanks Bumped* -some pictures and it's a st then b/c it's only a 1.8l. ![]() ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by gstjoker: Jan 19, 2007 - 10:06 PM |

replacing the airbags is not easy, well at least the pass side isn't. The driver's side is very easy, but for the pass side you would have to take part of the lower dash out and get up in there to replace it. It's do-able if you have time and patience and good with things like this but it's not a simple job. Also, you would have to replace the 2 crash sensors in the front of the car and the SRS ECU.
you might be able to get the parts from another member parting out their car on the boards here. -------------------- |
