I gotta find my own place within the next month. I'm just wondering how much some of you living alone out there pay a month? I know depending on where you live the prices will vary but I still would like to know. I dunno how im going to get approved for my own place though, my credit is not so good right now *bleh*
I would get a room mate but I don't know anyone in my area needing a room mate, so thats not even an option! If my car payment & car insurance weren't so high I could afford a place w/ no problem. Should I even *think* about getting rid of my baby just to live in a crap hole of an apartment?? Ahhhhh no! I'd get a part time job on top of my full time job before I ever did that. -------------------- ![]() |

QUOTE(97lestyousay @ Feb 6, 2007 - 8:28 PM) The tri-cities has a flooded market and you can find a decent one bdrm for about $450.00 a mo. My rent went down at my old apt. from 465.00 to 435.00. Buy a house, your credit doesn't have to be that good. lol....morgage payments are like $500 to $1k+ depending on how much the house is worth...not to mention utilities and homeowners insurance, along with land taxes..... honestly your probally looking at 1.5k to 2.5k a month for a house (depending on location) -------------------- ![]() Kawi Love |
