Can someone confirm that when you turn an axle on a MR2 LSD, the other axle will spin the same direction. And on an open diff. they will spin opposing each other.

On the VLSD, there is a good chance that they axles will still spin in opposite directions. The reliable way to tell if you have the stock LSD is to look through the diff - if there is a bar there, its the VLSD, if you can see right through, its open.

I have a KAAZ LSD - and it definitely keeps both axles spinning the same direction (and you use non-LSD axles with the KAAZ LSD).

On my VLSD both axles turn the same way when done by hand. It's so fricken nice though.. I got the passenger tire on solid ice the other day.. driver side on dry ground.. Couldn't even notice I was on ice.. I gave it gas and it just moved straight no problem.
