I don't have low brake fluid, so is it my pads? Or what? I have no problem driving or braking, but come to think about it, the pads could used changing.

put the e-brake in the down position.. LOL

well kinda smile.gif maybe it's the switch. Take the console off and see if the switch is making contact or not working properly.

My old acura used to do the same thing. And it turned out to be the switch just like Dustin said. I'd check that.
