It's 3sgte related but its not celica. And no, it's not me on the right;)
My car is all the way in the back. ![]() Here it is my '93 MR2 Turbo ![]() This is the overcome to my blown 2nd gen, to my surprise it came with BLITZ downpipe and TRD clutch. ![]() And finally shot of my celica ![]() I ordered some new parts and will update with new pics |

Well, after a month of work on weekends we finally got to start the car. At first it looked to me like total disaster, mr2 started to throw tons of smoke, sounded like its worked on 3 cylinders also it was very loud.
Found 1/4 in hole in exaust manifold, why would smone do that, so we fixed that by pluging it with bolt. We spent 2 hours after looking why #3 cylinder is having problems working. We checked compression and it showed that all cylinders are fine, what a relief. At the end we found that resistor pack was shot so we borrowed one from yellow mr2, that was in the shop for some repairs, and it started fine, no smoke engine working very smooth. I will take it for a test drive tommorow after replacing master clutch cylinder. Can't wait to compare 2nd gen to 3rd gen. |
