Hey,
I know the 3sgte engine usually is put in a car that has the gt-4 hood and bumper cause it needs the increased airflow or whatever. I was thinking of getting the VIS carbon fiber hood that charlie97 is getting set up for us. If I put a vent in the front stock bumper, and cut a couple more holes in the carbon fiber hood, is there any way this could go with the 3sgte engine. This would save a decent amount of the $$$ that doing the conversion would cost. Any ideas?

um...wtf...where is the wiggle...!!!! that was MY smilie...coomer's gonna hear about this...

oh, and about the hood thing...stock will be fine, and that VIS hood will be fine, but you will need to move the intercooler to the front mouth. otherwise, there will not be enough room. smile.gif.

2nd gen 3sgte with the IC on top will fit under the stock hood, but the IC will heatsoak immediately. FM is the way to go.
