can i put a 3sgte head into my 5sfe? im going to turbo it in may but i need to get the motor in better shape and need lots of new parts.

Honestly, if you are going to stick with less than say 300 hp for now, I would just turbo your 5SFE. At low levels the 5S actually has more overall potential than the 3S, assuming it's healthy. More displacement, higher C:R and a better torque curve make it that way.
