HID Projector low beams Options

Just wondering how many people here are interested in projector low beams.. like the JDM ones.. except using a far better projector and made affordable right here in the states?

so are you making these or having them made? and its a stock headlight housing with acura tsx projectors and a custom clear lense? hmm, interesting. would we have to mail you our headlights or what-not?

You are correct sir. I haven't made them yet, I am making them myself. They will look as good as a factory setup guaranteed.

I haven't decided on what plastic to use just yet, I need to do some testing first.

My original way of doing this is that the buyer gets a set of HID low beam housings ready to be installed and then they have to pay a core charge until they send in their original units. However, not all of these units are in good shape.. some are missing bolt tabs and what not.. so what I think I will do to keep everyone happy and to make things easier on me is this:

Buyer purchases the kit, I send them a temporary use set of low beams. Buyer sends me their original low beams. I convert them and ship them back. Buyer returns the loaner set and I refund the charged loaner fee.

The ****ty part about doing it this way is the fact that I need to have a large quantity of low beams sitting around to send out.. if I want to keep turn around time as short as possible.

There is always the option of sending your low beams in for conversion and getting them back and having no loaner/core charge...

Basically for me to make these it will be easy.. it's the business end of how to handle everything properly that is going to be the biggest issue.

Expect the kit to be around 500.00 for both, but as always that price isn't set in stone.

If anyone has suggestions on how to handle the business end.. what would make you guys the happiest .. let me know.

As for those interested in auto-adjusting projectors.. I could do that as well most likely.. but the price will be much more than 500.00 for the set. The TSX Projectors are relatively affordable and they are one of the best projectors on the market now.
