So I'm trying to get the throttle body off and I break the nipple off the EGR Vacuum Modulator. Here I am trying to fix the idle issue and I smoke the EGR part. Let me guess, $100? and I bet I wont even fix the idle problem. Besides that I can't get the 2 of the 3 hoses of the bottom of the throttle and I'm not about to find out how much a replacement hose is. Sorry, had to vent.

Part should be stock.
I believe it's the same modulator as the Camry. Dealers stock EGR stuff, it likes to go bad. -------------------- ![]() |

Called 4 dealers today, none in stock. I'm waiting for 9am to come around then I'll call around for a used one. By the way, my wife figured out everything when she wanted to go out last night and saw the car in pieces,LOL. "Can I use the car tonight?", "Umm, maybe tomorrow, sweetie?" More likely Tuesday. |
