Need your opinions on a mix of things.., Projector Lights / Wiring / HID Options

So I ordered my low beam projectors and they should be here shortly.

Now here's my deal. How hard is it to wire up in the USDM celicas? Is it just a matter of getting the proper sockets (plugs) for the bulb cutting the stock ones and just rewiring the new ones in, or is there more chaos? Do the projectors screw right in?


Also. I'm planning on getting a nice HID kit (I get them rather cheap $350 US or so..) for the low beams. What do you guys recommend? Would it look good in the projectors? Is it too hot for the projectors?

Illegal this month? Haven't they always been illegal if they're not stock?

Anyways, I think HID lights in your projectors would look awesome, and I seriously doubt that a cop would give you a ticket for them. As far as wiring goes, I'd imagine that you'd have to cut off the 9006 socket and wire up a new one. John has done it along with a few other people, so he can help you out more than I can.
