I believe it's just not possible ship that w/o any harm (else is some brace packed with that and shipping costs will raise because of weight raise)

I took that plate to body shop and they told me is able to fix it... it will cost something, but should be fixed. I'll post pics when will be done to see results.

note: btw. Vince, is that pure aluminum plate or it's some hard aluminium (dural)??? Can you tell that?

I had phone call today from body shop. It's fixed. Material is aluminum so no problem with welding . Also they told me on that plate is some special hardened paint. So only pity thing is I will repaint it...
