okay, so like many i have the ebay 3in Turbo xs pipe. its cracked again for the 4/5th time. i have the bracket that bolts to the block as well... im going to reweld it again and add a flex in my secondary but im looking for other options to just replace this thing. if the cost is more than its worth im going to be looking into fabbing my own up 3in and a thicker gauge material. i can make my own flanges are work and have option to do steel/ stainless/ and aluminum... with the warmer weather coming soon, and having my se-r and a bike, i am not concerned with down time either... let the options and comments come! thanks guys!
(ps: i know i havent been around for a while but ive been busy with a new degree program i got into in the fall, and full time work (welding and machining) ive had no real time! looking forward to seeing the most of my locals at the next DWG meet. hey, whens island open!? i got some new wheels too! 5th gens, freshly powdered coated charcoal... |

QUOTE(Silver94CelicaOwner @ Mar 12, 2007 - 2:42 AM) Hmmm. I was going to just make a really sturdy support for my V1 Berk Tech, I might consider copying the flex section of the V3 though. Its not a bad idea and a pretty simple fix to the problem. i have a v1 berk on my car and ive never had any problems with it. had it on there for a while now too. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
