I would go with the cheaper of the two. The TB on the ST is only 2.5", so getting a 3" intake is a little overkill. It won't do much of anything, because there is only so much suction from the engine, and all that room in the 3" pipe to fill. If it rains a lot where you live, you should invest in an AEM bypass valve (pic 1) I have the intake in the 2nd link, and this is where mine sits (pic 2). Basically, if your filter is submerged, or sucks in any water, the bypass valve will keep it from being sucked into the engine and hydrolocking.
