hi, i am looking to buy a '96 '97 Celica GT, i was wondering if u guys could help me out in pointing out what i should look out for and be aware of concerning the mechanical and body aspects of the car. thanks

Before I bought mine, I took it to the local Toyota dealership and had them fully inspect it. They found a few things here and there. Few things they pointed out: aging belts, alignment issues, warped wheel, spark plugs needed to be swapped.
They were very thorough and the report they gave me made for a good bargaining chip.
