I just changed my oil maybe 1200 miles ago. Today i was bored and decided to check how it, turns out Im only halfway to full, meaning my car is burning alot of oil. What could be causing this, i've never seen any smoke, and only occasionally do i beat on her.

After that check your odometer. Engine wear will def cause you to burn oil. It's normal and I wouldn't make a big deal to replace the seals [other than the ones netrata stated above]. Most of the shaft seals can be conveniently replaced when you do other maintenance [ie Timing belt and clutch]. Toyotas leak period.
When you say you are half full - do you mean on the stamped part of the dipstick? that stamped part is equal to 1 quart. So you are probably only a half a quart low. Keep your eyes on her and replace the seals when it is most convenient. Or replace the seals now and do the timing belt, water pump, oil pum etc at the same time. Your engine will love you for it.
