Damn Dustin.....I'd be willing to help out if I have a few days off when you do it.
Might just be easiest to yank out the whole engine, then while its out index everything and do the head gasket, timing belt, and any other parts you may want to refurbish while its out. All that would be required would be to lay the whole harness on top of the engine, remove the axles, coolant and p/s lines and then hoist that mofo outta the car once the mounts are unbolted. If all the parts needed were on hand, 2-3 people could get it done within 2 days, easily. Let me know if you'd like a hand, I'll come up if you want. -------------------- 3rd gen ST205 3SGTE - Alive and boosting. |

I've pulled a few engines before Corey the problem is I don't have a hoist or garage here to pull the engine, all the work is going to be done outside my house on my street (at least I live close to the end on a dead end street) I'm gonna tackle this in a few weeks (once it gets warmer), I know I can handle it, I just need a few days off in a row and I'll be good to go. -------------------- |
