Hi All.

My 5S-FE is nearly up for servicing again. My friend and I do it ourselves so I dont really know when to change things and what to change. Can you guys tell me what I should be changing and looking at?

Last Service was at 209 950km (130456 Miles):
Changed Coolant
Oil (Penrite Sin)
Cleaned Pod filter
Oil Filter
New Iridium Spark Plugs

Car is now on 212 500km (132041 Miles)

Is there anything else i need to do? I want to do everything possible to have a really healthy engine.

Thanks for the Help all. biggrin.gif

Lucas oil stuff causes the oil to foam.
I wouldn't recommend it.

You are still 1400 miles until 3000.
Nothing wrong with changing your oil every 2000 or less I guess. Up to you.
Your plugs should last you 60k miles or more...
Toyota red is supposed to be good for 30k miles. What type of coolant you used will determine how long you want to leave it in there.

Like others said, check your cap and rotor.
Timing belt if it hasn't been done.
Accessory belts
PCV valve [if you have them in Aus]
