[B]I have a connection with my local Toyota dlr (been doing business for over 6 years) and my guy has asked me to get a poll on how many people would be interested in getting JDM front clips. Any make, Toyota (3sgte), Hondas (b18's, H22's B16's), Nissan SR20det's, etc.
PM ME or email @ ijohnstone40@yahoo.com if you are SERIOUSLY interested and have the cash ready to go (or soon) THIS IS NO JOKE!!! JDM FRONT CLIPS FOR A BETTER PRICE THAN ANY IMPORTER I HAVE SEEN!!! -------------------- Quote: Those who do not understand the power of words have never tried to argue with a traffic cop!!

It's NOT only body panels that will get damaged son. Trust me... I've dealt with importers already... and parts such as the Intercooler, heater exchange, axles, brakes, etc CAN get damaged. If these IMPORTANT parts get damaged, what would be the point of purchasing the clip? In addition, some of the crucial components may be damaged prior to being shipped... I already know that they get shipped in containers... I bought I clip... a WRC to be exact... so I know about the whole process. I'm not trying to rain on your parade... as a matter of fact, it's actually great... but what I don't think is reasonable is the fact that all the clips won't be the same... I'm sure that this can be worked out by lowering the price for clips that aren't as complete... BUT how will you split up the clips amongst the buyers? If both Buyer A and Buyer B want clip X because it is more complete, how will you determine who gets to purchase the clip without burning any bridges? I was in the business of selling VIS kits for really cheap to help out the Celica community... and even though I got lots of inquiries (over 50 a month for 3 months), you want to know how many actually followed through? 4 loyal people... Now tell me, what business model do you plan to stick with that will convince buyers to following through with purchasing these expensive clips? Again, I do think what you doing is great... but I also think that it will be hard selling certain clips to certain buyers FAIRLY... I hope you understand what I'm saying... if not... oh well... but either way, I wish you the best of luck... This post has been edited by kuya1284: Aug 15, 2003 - 9:07 PM |
