Hey guys,

OK so I'm planning to do a cold air intake. I ordered a K&N cone filter off modyourcar.com.au (good, fast service by the way) but unfortunately I ordered one that seems a bit big. It's a RE-0910 and is 4.5" in diameter at the base and 8" long! I meant to get the same thing but only about 6" long! kindasad.gif

I was planning to mount it down below in front of the wheel well (where the stock air box comes in) and I'm not so sure this will fit. I'd prefer to have a better idea before I go ripping all the stock air system out.

My plan for mounting was to initially just set it up as a short ram setup and then pull the stock air intake out (so that I can still drive around), then take it to a muffler shop and get them to bend up some 3" stainless tubing to suit.

Any recommendations/suggestions as to the size or anything else?

Zac
