one thing I notice is you see very few fat women outside of the US.

Well in this case these chicks seem to be car models, and even in the US at HIN and whatnot there aren't any fat chicks sitting on cars.

I've been outside the US a bit [never lived anywhere].
I ddin't see "fat" chicks much either.
But most women aren't skinny either.
They are comfortable.

Fat is when you have rolls.
You don't have to see your ribs to be not fat.
