I have been overheating ever since i went to that #^#%@& track. here is a couple pics, a friend of mine and another mech said they never seen one do that before. got another one installed in (a 195) and i looked over all the tubing again later and found a pin sized hole in one of my coolant tubes, it was spewing out when we pressurized it.

the temp went back down to normal, but on my way to see my gf (1 hr away) it seemed to be rising above halfway again when i got around 80 mph didnt want to push it so i slowed down

why is it still doing that? is there something i overlooked?

You want power but have no money. That's a problem.

The stock temp gauge isn't all that accurate.
It will tell you hot/cold/overheated.
But not necessarily too warm.

For example, the gauge in my Alltrac there is a roughly 30* range where the temp gauge wont' move at all.

But part of your problem might be the FMIC.
Do you still have your ST rad in there?
Is a GT larger? That might help...

Yeah i still have the ST, and i was thinking about getting a GT. BUT this problem didnt start till recently (warmer weather?) and im also thinking i dont have enough airflow going to my radiator (intercooler covers the whole thing) i may have to go the way of the gtfour front end (but cut the hole myself and do the hood vents REAL soon) and i will see what happens from there. im trying to avoid getting anotherradiator... for now

btw, where can i get a better thermostat? when i went to napa i realized the one from a 93 MR2 was too small (wish i had pics side by side) will get it on monday
