so i was driving down the interstate at about 3 in the morning an this rice burner civic pulls up an wants to race so i do an im beatin him an he decides he aint goin to lose so he pushes me into the median an im goin about 130-135 an i start spining in this ditch an then my car (being a lite ass celi) flips not once not twice but three times land on the whells an chase him till the engine blew got his tags an im goin to hav some fun with his car wink.gif

as disappointed as i am to hear that, why dont you say that they caused a hit and run?

Sounds perfectly logical does it not? I mean they practically caused that wreck.

sayin it was a hit an run would involve the police an i dont want to seein as i would hav to state that i was racin an the only people that no is me that person in the civic an 2 of my friends cause they came with a tow truck to get it out befor any cops saw an gettin a law suit would also screw me over now im going to try an be civil an work this out just me an him (he buyin me a new celi) but if he wont then i will take him to court
