so i was driving down the interstate at about 3 in the morning an this rice burner civic pulls up an wants to race so i do an im beatin him an he decides he aint goin to lose so he pushes me into the median an im goin about 130-135 an i start spining in this ditch an then my car (being a lite ass celi) flips not once not twice but three times land on the whells an chase him till the engine blew got his tags an im goin to hav some fun with his car

yea it sounds BS to me too.. and 2ndly... i don't see any mods in your profile or pics and would make you exceed the speed limiter..
