well i am kinda a gym rat and i was wondering if any1 else lifts religiously? i have been lifting for about 2 years, but only hard the last year. And i was an all state wrestler. If u do workout, do u guys or gals take any supplements?

lee labrada mrp's , multivitamines, any creatine monohydrate ( is all the same ****) i use the generic brand and get the same reslts as any other creatine
when training for a comp ill go 3 days on 1 day off legs in the morning, abs+ cardio at night Back in the morning, n Bi's+ cardio at night Chest in the morning, tri's n shoulders at night cardio 5 days a week, i usually stick to the bike or eliptical, 25-35 minutes This post has been edited by nader: Apr 4, 2007 - 10:19 AM -------------------- |
