well i am kinda a gym rat and i was wondering if any1 else lifts religiously? i have been lifting for about 2 years, but only hard the last year. And i was an all state wrestler. If u do workout, do u guys or gals take any supplements?

I dont do supplements. My trainer suggests I do but as a female I feel that anything but some vitamins such as a daily vitamin is a waste.

You don't have to get 200g in a massive milkshake. But you should boost a slight bit. Or eat more meat. -------------------- |
