well i am kinda a gym rat and i was wondering if any1 else lifts religiously? i have been lifting for about 2 years, but only hard the last year. And i was an all state wrestler. If u do workout, do u guys or gals take any supplements?

Last year I was going to the gym 5 days a week for 3 hours. Mostly cardio, one day a week i focused on legs and the rest i did 20-30 min on my abs. I was on stupid LA Weightloss and the pills they give you give you lots of energy. They would give you a "meal guide" of what you were allowed to eat. I'd make sure i got 90% of my food in before i went to they gym and after I got out i'd either have a fruit ( half a banana) or a small salad with a tablespoon of fat free dressing.
The problem with all that is when i stopped LA Weight Loss because i lost my desired weight I had what my docotor call withdrawl from all the pills i was taking. I stopped going to the gym as much as I was because I was very week and would get dizzy. So now- when i do go to the gym i do about an hour of cardio and i'm exhausted. I'm trying to build myself back up so i can get back to my usual time but it's a pain. yeah i was going hard for about 8 months and got down, to 200lbs. but i was kinda thin so i bulked up to 218 where i am at right now. i am focusing on loosing body fat, i do a split routine in supersets 2 keep the pump going and my HR up. but i was taking Animal Pak for 3 months, and once i got off it, i was very sick for about 10 days. i dont think i would get on it again, maybe but just be more careful about. Right now i am on a multi and Tetrezene ES 50 its kinda like Hydroxycut. Any taking any good supplements? oh and this might seem kinda taboo, but i was thinking of taking Wynstrol, its a cutting agent, if u know what it is then cool, but i dont wanna get in any trouble talking about it on here. -------------------- Your signature is not allowed on 6GC - Defgeph
