Oh snap! I just came across this part. That's great you guys work out. I just came back from the gym. Looking to make my actual weight look like I have a "Manly" body. LOL. I am only 5'9" and weigh 175lbs but no one believes me. They all think I am 150 or lower. I wish I had more definition. I am still rather skinny with a size 30" waist. I wish I could get like the boxer Bernard Hopkins when he went up in weight. Dude was 180lbs with a 27" waist. How lean is that? WOW.

Yeah B-Hop is ripped, and he is kinda old, but he must spent years and thousands of dollars on diet and trainers. well if ur skinny maybe u should try eating carbs b4 u go 2 sleep at night, but if u wanna get ripped, watch ur diet, and twice a week empty out ur carb reserve. u do that by 2 days out f the week, eating very low carbs (less that 90g a day) and doing cardio, that should keep ur body from getting used 2 your diet and keep u making progress. -------------------- Your signature is not allowed on 6GC - Defgeph

Yeah, but I need to quit smoking first. That is what keeps me from eating a lot. I don't do it on purpose, I just have weak will power and cannot find it in me to quit right now. -------------------- 91 MR2 Turbo SW20, 92 MR2 Turbo SW20, 95 Celica GT ST204

[/quote] Well to be honest with you. I lived my whole life in fear. I get panic attacks, and get very nervous. It is because I am very different from others in my surroundings. I dunno why this is, but I end up doing something crazy with myself to stand out from the rest of other people. I can't help it. By doing this, I obviously draw a lot of attention to myself. Therefore I am always on the edge, because I try and figure people out, what they think, and what they will say. So when that happens, I get the adrenaline pumping, and I can't control myself. Smoking, is really just like breathing, although you feel it more, due to the fact that smoke is heavier than the very air we breathe. Then you get addicted to the nicotine, as well as the oral fixation, and you start to depend on it. Without pondering it each time, smoking actually causes heart issues, which also has to do with your blood pressure and such, which in turn, doesn't really help me with my panic attacks. Only for that short period in which I am actually smoking one, but not when I feel like that again. I wish there were pills that can balance me out, although the ones I want, they will not give me. Anyhow, smoking is seriously like a drug. I should have never got started. I spend about $80 - $100 a month on smokes. That's not good. -------------------- 91 MR2 Turbo SW20, 92 MR2 Turbo SW20, 95 Celica GT ST204
