Ive been working out vigourously for the past two years and take pride in it. I almost feel as if its second nature for me to go to the gym. Before I started to work out I weighed in at about 145 and had no potential to work out. For me i work out six days a week- 3 days then an off day then 3 days, off, etc. I used to take supplements about year ago like m1t, superdrol...(the generics). I am currently 5'8, 211 with 8 % body fat. When I was bulking I weighed in at around 225 with 12 % bf.
Heres my work out schedule- Monday- Chest/cardio Tuesday- Tris/shoulders,delts/abs Wednesday-Bis/back/ cardio Thursday-off Then starts over from Monday... |

Where's your leg workout man? Don't tell me your one of those guys you see at the gym, with a big upper body, and chicken legs. For about the past three weeks I've been bulking, eating 6-8 meals a day and totaling 4500 calories, with about 300g in protein, all from GOOD, healthy food. day 1- bi's, tri's and shoulders day 2- legs day 3- chest back day 4- rest Then I start back over. I've gained about 8lbs in three weeks, and I'll probably keep bulking for the next 4-5 months, since I have a really tough time gaining weight. |

O dang... lol i forgot to include legs on the first monday. woops. Ya I find it humorous too when your at the gym and you can just tell that someone doesnt work legs bc its just too unproportional. But anyways, I bulked for about 5 to 6 months. Its really fun because you get to eat whenever you want and you get the satisfication when you step on the scale and your weight just keeps going up. Can be hard though sometimes because I tended to gourge myself and eat until I felt like i was gunna puke(which I did a couple times ). But taking in about 4500 calories, like you said, will get your weight up considering it takes about 3000- 4000 to gain a solid pound in a day. Good luck man and keep lifting! |
