So i got my jl subs and a nice box for my car And im wondering what would be a good way to secure the box so it doesnt slide around..
And what are you guys thought on having my subs pointing at about an 80 degree angle up and towards the back of the car. i I didnt want it facing strait back incase my back pack or somthing might hit that box or worse rip the subs. i will be running 2 10inch jl w1v2.4 subs on either each sub being powered by one 250watt amp or have them share a 350 watt amp. heres the box i have so you can get an idea of how i want to mount it,just imagin the box on its back with the sub point up and slighty torward the back.It fits in to the back of the seats perfectly. http://www.cardomain.com/item/QLCQLH12510DS This post has been edited by Shocker: Apr 7, 2007 - 2:36 AM -------------------- |

I used strips of velcro tape(correct word?) stick the hard side under the subwoofer and it will sit in place on your trunk matt for ever. Cornering/accelerating, no problems.
Total surface in my case is 4 strips of about 1/2 " going with the full length of the underside of the subwoofer. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
