okay im getting frustrated wit this amplifier. i don't know whats wrong wit it, it keeps going to protect. once i turn on the headunit the amp turns to red for a second and then turns off... y?? i also switched ground.. any ideas?...where do you guyz place your negative ground? please help

are you sure that your amps rated power is at the same resistance ur subs are running at?
for example... is your amp running 1 ohm stable, 2?, 4? ... and whats the resistance per sub? ... could be your running too low impedence to your amp and it's protecting itself from frying
