here's the background, I bought a front lip from boosted6g 3 weeks ago, it arrived broken - it was shipped in bubblewrap only, not a box, not surrounded by cardboard, just bubblewrap.
I informed him immediately and even though it took a while to respond, he said he's filed a claim. OK, so do you think he should be sending me a new one? Or sending me my money back. Cause as of right now, he won't respond to my emails, he refuses to give me a phone number to chat like gentlemen. I told him it was busted via shipping on April 9th, wouldn't you expect something by now. I've come to respect everyone who joins the forum, and value your opinion, Boosted6g has a good seller rating, but for some reason, I feel like I'm getting a raw deal. So I'll open it up to your opinion. What response would you expect? April 27 - still no response from boosted6g This post has been edited by CJOHNST3: Apr 27, 2007 - 10:39 AM |

QUOTE(m0dd3d1 @ Apr 23, 2007 - 12:45 AM) QUOTE(lagos @ Apr 22, 2007 - 11:34 PM) honestly ... i would say its not his fault. shipping companies damage items all the time, and thats the risk you take when you have something mailed to you. its also the reason why you should pay the seller a few more bucks to cover shipping insurance, True dat! And + a few more bucks so he can put it in a box! ![]() Sorry, but if you're selling body parts and fragile pieces....that junks should come IN A BOX.... thats EXPECTED |
