I LOVE RAMEN SOUP!
always have. but, im getting a little bored with it. i wanna spice it up a bit. lately i add some Asian spices and herbs. i saw on the net that you can just crack an egg into the water for something good. do you guys have any ideas? -------------------- |

Yum Ramen... I've been eating it ever since I could remember. All those days your mom wasn't around to make dinner... anyways...
I like julienning fresh green onions and cilantro and adding it right before eating it. I think the trick to good Ramen is to add something fresh... otherwise you're just eating a load of MSG and preservatives. That makes me feel sick afterwards. With an egg... instead of just cracking one straight into the soup. Crack it into a little bowl and mix it up with chopsticks or a fork then pour it into bowling water in a circular motion. It's really fluffy and yummy when you do it like this. Another thing I like doing is adding leftover meat into my ramen: Pork chop, steak, chicken from night before... just break it up into little pieces and add it in while you're boiling the noodles so it can absorb more of the soup flavor or right before serving if it's good the way it is... That's my take on ramen... |
