I stick with local made ramen. S&S ramen noodles with soup base, chopped green onion for garnish, spam or ham into small pieces, 2 eggs cracked into a separate pot with boiling water and left till cooked, and some shrimp shumai or pork wonton boiled with the ramen and base. Mmm..Mmmm. good stuff Sapporo Ichiban Ramen noodles is a good substitute. "Aloha" soy sauce for a bit more taste.
