here's the background, I bought a front lip from boosted6g 3 weeks ago, it arrived broken - it was shipped in bubblewrap only, not a box, not surrounded by cardboard, just bubblewrap.
I informed him immediately and even though it took a while to respond, he said he's filed a claim. OK, so do you think he should be sending me a new one? Or sending me my money back. Cause as of right now, he won't respond to my emails, he refuses to give me a phone number to chat like gentlemen. I told him it was busted via shipping on April 9th, wouldn't you expect something by now. I've come to respect everyone who joins the forum, and value your opinion, Boosted6g has a good seller rating, but for some reason, I feel like I'm getting a raw deal. LOL sorry I never saw this post but yeah I bought culps front lip. When I received the item it was boxed up and they just threw it in my front yard anybody could of stolen it too...but yeah when I opened the box I noticed they're was a big crack from it so I contacted the shipper about it they told me to bring it in to examine oh and you have to cut out the postal code and stuff on the box too. They handled it pretty well, I went they're showed them the damage then they told me to get it fixed at a body shop and bring them the receipt and they'll reimburse me and they did got it done in 2 days.
