is this a ECU chip or what? im not going to buy it but is it acually accurate on what it does? just curious

Its total junk If u look on eBay's list of common scams it is listed there lol This so called chip is a resistor. It tricks the ECU into thinking that your intake air is colder than it is. This makes the ECU add more fuel to the engine which is what it does on cold starts anyways. It will not ruin your engine. It will make your gas mileage suck. The benefit would only be from having a intake and exhaust and then adding this with it because after the intake and exhaust your car will be running lean.
