I have a 1994 ST (hatchback) and it gave me this problem with power. I have no power in cabin internal reading lights (the sunroof retracts and tilts normal though), no clock, no radio, no lighter power, no seatbelt indication on control panel, and no red lights on my door panels when they are open.

My fuses in engine compartment and under my dashboard are all fine and not broken. When I try to hook
up anything on the lighter the lighter fuse will blow off.

One guy told me that a relay under the steering wheel might be bad but I dont want to tinker with things I
am pretty much unfamiliar with. If you guys have any idea on how to solve my problem I would appreciate
it. Driving my Celica and having no power to blast Anthrax out of my sunroof is madness and disgrace! smile.gif

Check your "interior control level" it is located on the left buttom sie of your steering wheel. Turn it any way to ckeck to see if lights will turn on or off, if doesnt fix the problem than it is broken, remove the buttom pillar piece under the steering wheel, check if it connected and make sure there is contact, if it is connected but not working than it is broke. My friend had that problem.
