 Cali smog people., Could i still pass smog with one cat removed? |

My smog is due soon in california but I would like to pass with out paying some dude extra. I'd like to do some more upgrades before the two year deal. Couple questions,
If i had the stock intake, one cat removed replaced with strait pipe, and one high flow cat you guys think i could pass cali smog (visual test) legally? Is true you can not pass smog with a header that is not carb legal? --------------------  |

The plan is to take out both cats strait though pipe, header, and a pully after smog and suspention are finished. I figure like 110 at the wheels and have a fun little car.
