First of all good site! I just registerd and this will be my first topic . Can you put an 7th Gen VVT-I in an 6th gen without problems?
I am planning to buy an wrecked 6th gen and build it up with all new things. Thnx already ! --Nitto-- |

One major problem with putting in a 7th gen 1ZZ or 2ZZ engine in a 6th gen is the weight. The ZZ engines don't have enough torque. The 6th gen Celica is heavier than the 7th gen. You are better off going with the 3S-GE engine if you want to go n/a. These numbers are rough est. Hope this helps.
