3rd Gen 3SGE from a 96' Celica SS-II

Wow, people seem to get so confused about the 3SGE and its really not that complicated - its a 3SGTE without the turbo. Its a great motor with a ton of potential, and for that price its a steal. Paid $1000 for my first 3SGE motor.
Same crank as the 3SGTE, so it has the same trans options. S54 using the flywheel/clutch combo from the 1st gen (86-89) 3SGE Celica or the after-market combo that a lot of guys on this site use. E Series trans using the 3SGTE clutch and flywheel and extra headaches with the rear engine mount. Or auto using whatever auto trans the GT was available with. BTW - I've got a spare 3rd gen 3SGE manual ECU. -------------------- Scott
