 Adjusting Headlight Beams |

hey hows it going everyone? its been a year since I wanted to change the beam pattern for my headlights so its nice and straight. my left headlight's beam is going downward instead of outward like the right headlight. does anyone know how to adjust the stupid thing? when i went to the 6gc meet @ DWG no one could figure it out or could help me lol help with pics will be appreciated thanks in advance

I'm sure they're the right ones I've been turning the screws that are pictured above those are the right ones right ??
