Considering it comes with (or does it say it 'may' come with?) the TRD leather knob, which runs at ~$70? $130 for the whole shifter assembly isn't too bad...

People say that the twm and 7th gen short shifters give shorter throws though, right?

some of the TRD shifters offer only a 10% reduction in throw, while the TWM offers a 35% reduction. however, I believe they revised the TRD one for a shorter throw, but I don't know how short.
